I am a veteran worker and a long-time model employee. I have mistakenly believed that it was the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) and chairman Mao who liberated me from the old society. I was diligent and attentive in my work, tried very hard to improve, and in 1951 I joined the Party. After several decades of communist campaigns, I have wronged other people and have also been wronged by others. Harsh political struggles made it easier for me to see how the CCP consistently lied, constantly messed with people, and how their ugly political system does not manifest as democracy in any way. It will drive you to the verge of death, yet make you sing praises for its achievement and glory. Now the CCP is ruined. I solemnly declare: I withdraw from the CCP and completely cleanse from myself the poison of the evil communist spirit.
