I work as a policeman, and joined the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) before. On my job, I did some wrong things by following the CCP. That was when I did not know the truth about the CCP, even though I don't believe in communism or the Communist Party, and know full well its politics are just about fighting for power.

Now I have learned the truth about the CCP, I formally declare my withdrawal from all organizations related to the CCP. I want to be a person of clear mind and conscience. My son, Li Shun, also agrees to quit the Communist Youth League and Young Pioneers he once joined.
