I am a student at Beijing University of International Business and Economics. I remember in high school our teachers often mentioned to us the Chinese Communist Party (CCP)'s brutality and falsehood. I have a clear understanding of the CCP's cruelty from my family and personal experiences. Therefore, even though the Party has been conducting the so-called "maintaining advancement" movement, I did not write that kind of false statement applying for the CCP.

Accepting an advice from a friend, I hereby willingly resign from the Communist Youth League to regain my personal freedom. I also want to help my boyfriend, a student at Tianjin University, to denounce his membership in the Communist Youth League and the CCP. We will no long go along with the CCP's evil deeds and will retain our clear conscience.
